PACTfashion has a new blog!

Hello, dear readers!  Welcome to the continuing adventures of PACTfashion!  PACT is a charity which provides life-skills programming for at-risk youth in the GTA.  We are committed to giving back and  creating positive change in our community by identifying and supporting youth with a passion for fashion!

Our students have achieved more than we ever dreamed was possible when we started the program in 2010.  One of our very first students, Aziz Vivant has recently found employment at Hudsons Bay working in the Armani department.  He also won the Faze Magazine "Be Extraordinary" competition,  and the TDSB sewing skills competition, and has worked as a stylist for Product Magazine, Hot Pop Factory and 69 Vintage Collective.

Other students have gone on to George Brown, Seneca, Ryerson and have found employment at Urban Behaviour, The Make Den Sewing Studio, Sketch Working Arts,  Stitch and Spoke and Pigeons and Thread.

We are currently partnering with Gilda's Club to create party dresses for deserving youth.  Please stay tuned for more updates on our students and their accomplishments!
